Jeffs Reviews

I review computer hardware and software, consumer electronics, kitchen gadgets and tools. Almost all I know about computers comes from hands on learning on the internet on my own, no classes or college in computers. I have built a few computers on my own and do all the work for all the reviews I write, contacting the companies myself and asking for things I am interested in purchasing myself. I work hard to bring you my opinions of the things I review and hope you enjoy my writing.

LCD TV's

RRR. I hate when I try to find something online and cannot find it because the manufacturer's just don't care. I have been shopping for an LCD TV for a few months and just cannot understand why no companies are plugging their smaller TV's and just the big ones.

Yeah, I know it has to do with profits but for all the people at all the forum's who are asking for smaller TV's and ratings on them I do not see why the companies cannot send out some better information and possibly review units to places like Consumer Reports or Cnet.

I would love to be able to get a few newer TV's about 19 or 20 inch and review them for a good basic comprehensive review of smaller TV's as no one really has them out there.

Consumer reports doesn't get anything from the manufacturers, the buy all their own stuff.
I would guess the companies are satisfied with reviews of their bigger sets, and assume anyone interested in a smaller one will get what they need to know based on the bigger ones.
Its like trying to find a review of every Canon camera; you won't find a review of everyone, but you can probably find a review of one that is pretty close to the one you are interested in.

    Happy March!!!
